Roisin McNamara
As Founder and Managing Director of CCP Recruitment Ltd, Roisin McNamara is FCIPD qualified with over 15 years experience in the recruitment industry covering the science/pharmaceutical, engineering and professional sectors. She completed her Degree in Personnel Management through the GMIT in Galway. Roisin recruits for a broad range of roles at management and executive level. She has established solid business partnerships with some of Irelands leading organisations
She enjoys the spiritual teachings of Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle as well as horse-riding and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle Kilcar
Michelle is a Director with CCP Recruitment, previously worked in the ICE Group on both technical and commercial vacancies and started her career with Manpower International in California. Michelle is presently completing her masters in Management of Operations, holds a degree in Personnel Management and has a certified diploma in Accounting and Finance. Michelle is a fellow member of the CIPD and is a qualified SHL assessor in occupational personality assessments and skilled based testing.
Michelle currently recruits for all executive roles across a wide range of clients and industries. Areas of expertise include quality, engineering, compliance, human resources, training, etc.

Deirdre Finnerty
Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree and is a member of CIPD. Deirdre is an experienced recruiter with over 8 years experience in Technical Engineering, Science, Finance and Accounting Recruitment. Deirdre relocated to Galway in 2007 and joined CCP Recruitment after building a reputation in the Accounts division within Industry and Finance in Dublin at Accountancy Solutions.
At CCP Recruitment, Deirdre specialises in Manufacturing Engineering, Scientific and Accounting recruitment and was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2009.
Deirdre has developed a wealth of experience in managing multiple recruitment assignments and has been instrumental in developing key relationships and PSL status with many of Ireland's leading corporates.
Deirdre’s interests include keeping fit, reading, and spending time socialising with family and friends.

Treise Ryan
Treise has been a valued employee of CCP since 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Information System Management and a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Information Technology.
Having joined as Receptionist she has been promoted to Recruitment Administrator in 2007 and then to Recruitment Consultant and Office Manager in 2009. Treise specialises in the sourcing of Administration, Customer Service and Sales staff while still holding the realm as Office Manager.
